Highlights:
It's been awhile since we've had a Monday at school! This morning, we responded to the questions: "What is history? What is a historian? and Is history important? Why or Why Not?". We then worked on our Canadian Map project! In the afternoon, we had time to work on our Wetland's project, and introduced rounding large numbers in math! We finished the day in music!
Mail:
- Tye Dye Notice (for those in Tye Dye PoWer Hour).
- Scholastic Book Order forms
Upcoming Dates:
Homework:
- No homework! Yay!
Coming Up:
- Science Wetlands duo-tangs will be handed in next week!
- Classroom Government Elections-- November 6th is the deadline for your campaign poster and speeches (which will be given that week)-- don't leave writing your speech to the last minute!
Daily Challenge:
What is history? Why do you think it is important to learn about the past?
