Highlights:
This morning, we discussed all the things we have learned about the indigenous peoples of Canada this year, and had a change to gather more information from our textbook! We then welcomed the wonder Canadian author Cathy Beveridge to our class, who taught us about the 4 "s"'s of strong writing: Specifics, Sensory Details, Strong Verbs, and Show (not tell)! We look forward to working with her some more throughout the week! In the afternoon, we reviewed and practiced the basic steps to long division and finished the day in music!
